Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Graham Conrad (ranked 25137 p4p, 0 weight class) and Samuel Reko (ranked 6743 p4p, 0 weight class). Samuel Reko is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Samuel Reko!
The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, Chris Edwards and Richard Clark.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Reko drives through and clinches with Conrad against the cage.

Graham Conrad's cut is getting worse.
Reko tries to pull guard but Conrad won't allow it.
Conrad could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Reko jumps guard and drags Conrad to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.

Conrad isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Reko stacks Conrad on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Reko!

Reko decides to stand back up. Reko steps back and let's Conrad get back to his feet.

Reko shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Conrad but Conrad pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Conrad tries to counter by clinching up but Reko breaks away and moves out of range.
Reko fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Conrad is looking to counter with a body kick.

Reko shoots for a double leg takedown but Conrad sprawls well. He's pushed Reko's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Reko drops down looking for an ankle pick but Conrad pulls his leg out and moves away.
Reko misses with a takedown attempt - Conrad sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

The step up in weight doesn't seem to be a problem for Reko. He's performing admirably here against the bigger man.

Reko jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Conrad walks away with a smile on his face. Reko gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Reko wants to stand up but Conrad is controlling him.

Reko takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.

I think Reko has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
