Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Hifives Ghost (ranked 3359 p4p, 0 weight class) and Baby Ama (ranked 20697 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Baby Ama was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ama throws a series of punches but Ghost moves out of range.
Ama looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
Ghost changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Ama closes the distance but Ghost moves to the side
and Ghost counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Ama thinking.
Ghost throws a head kick that looked like it stung.

It looks like Baby Ama has been cut.
Ghost jabs Ama right on the nose. Ama blinks but takes it well.
Ghost lands a jab to the head.
We've been hearing reports that Ghost has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.

and Ghost connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

Ghost has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
Ghost seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Ama for as long as he can get away with.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.

With the fighters clinched against the cage, Ghost creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
