Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rocky Balboa (ranked 6128 p4p, 593 weight class) and Kaylen Jarrett (ranked 4610 p4p, 518 weight class). Balboa comes to the cage accompanied by Hearts on Fire. Kaylen Jarrett will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

The judges for this bout are Dean Styles, Joseph Jones and Lou da Vinci.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Balboa cracks Jarrett with an open hand slap.
Jarrett slips a jab and a cross from Balboa.
Jarrett is loading up here, looking for a big counter of his own.
Jarrett moves forwards but Balboa connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Jarrett gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Balboa.
Balboa slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Jarrett closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Balboa lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Balboa scores with a punch to the head.
Balboa swings away with a leg kick that misses.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

The fighters circle momentarily. Balboa darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.

Balboa throws a lazy right hand but Jarrett sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
It seemed like Jarrett was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.

Jarrett tries a quick counter leg kick but Balboa is wise to it.

Despite the aggression on Jarrett's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter.

Balboa throws a series of strikes that have Jarrett backpedaling.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Balboa cracks Jarrett with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.

Jarrett changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt.
Balboa throws a hook but Jarrett blocks it.
Balboa bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Jarrett's head backwards.

Jarrett is rocked!
Jarrett finds himself stumbling back on wobbly legs after being clipped by a right hand. He's up against the cage, ducking and weaving under Balboa's strikes but an uppercut finds it's way through and Jarrett falls! - He's completely out of it and the ref jumps in to save him!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:52 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Rocky Balboa!
Our winner, Rocky Balboa, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
