Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Mustapha Shiit (ranked 1696 p4p, 190 weight class) and Vinnie Danzig Jr. (ranked 3744 p4p, 365 weight class). Danzig Jr. comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Gouryella - Tenshi kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shiit shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Danzig Jr.'s guard.

Danzig Jr. is posturing up here but Shiit has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Danzig Jr. tries to roll out but it's too tight and Danzig Jr. has to tap! Slick submission there by Shiit!

A relieved looking Mustapha Shiit thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
Vinnie Danzig Jr. spoke after the fight, saying 'He was the better man tonight but I'll be back fir that belt!'.
