The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Gwen Towbar and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
Ewing shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Dickensons's guard.
Ewing working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Ewing accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Dickensons pulls Ewing in close to prevent any damage.

Ewing throws a strike but Dickensons rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
Ewing wants to get back to his feet but Dickensons is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
Ewing has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Ewing is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Dickensons is trying to get back to full guard.
Dickensons has his hands clasped together around Ewing's back. He's all about the action.

Ewing is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.

Ewing is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Dickensons is just riding it out for now. Ewing eventually gives up the hold.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Dickensons is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Ewing's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Ewing's back!
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Ewing is trying to remain composed but Dickensons is hammering down strikes to the side of his head.
It looks like Raul Ewing has been cut.
Dickensons is loading up with his shots from the back and Ewing is in big trouble! Ewing taps out to strikes and the fight is over!
