The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brasco fails with the takedown
and Bean counters with a left to the body.
Brasco lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Brasco throws a jab when Bean was well out of range.
Brasco shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Donnie Brasco seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Brasco throws a predictable looking body shot
and Bean cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Brasco pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Bean moves out of range as Brasco strikes.
Bean lands a jab to Brasco's midsection.
Brasco slips a jab from Bean.
Brasco now looks to counter with a shot at the body.
Brasco misses the shot to the body.
Bean was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit.
Bean looks to throw the jab but Brasco is out of range.
Bean throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Brasco displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Bean throws out the jab.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Brasco avoids the body shot from Bean.
A nice side step and Brasco releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.
Bean darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Brasco fails with the takedown
and Bean counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.

Brasco swings for the body but Bean moves out of range.
A slow jab from Bean misses its intended target.
It seemed like Brasco was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Bean thows a left - swing and a miss!
A nice side step and Brasco releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.
Brasco scores with a sloppy right hand. Bean should have avoided that one.
Brasco walks into a left hand.
Bean paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Brasco moves away from the strike by Bean.
Nice uppercut lands for Brasco. That snapped Bean's head back.
Bean slips under a jab.
Bean is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Bean lands with a straight right. Brasco didn't see that one coming.

Brasco is rocked!

It looks like Donnie Brasco has been cut.
It looks like Bean has been trying to sharpen up his punching technique, as it looks crisper than last time we saw him.
Bean lands hard precision jab right on the jaw that stiffens Brasco up and sends him tumbling to the mat! The ref grabs Bean from behind before he can pounce. Some folks in the crowd didn't like that stoppage, but I saw Brasco's eyes roll way back in his head, he was done.
