The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Joe closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into TT's guard.
TT is wriggling around but Joe manages to pass to half guard.

Joe is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.
TT is trying to stand up here but Joe is controlling him well.
TT really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Joe. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
TT moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.

Joe is working really hard to secure the rear naked choke. TT defends successfully for a significant amount of time. Both fighters are looking very determined.
