Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Ryuuken Hoshikawa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lukas Daiva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Daiva has chosen The Rasmus - The Fight as his entrance music. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Ryuuken Hoshikawa!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
5 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Lukas Daiva!
The judges for this bout are Shirou Masuda, Yukihiro Yamamoto and Tatsuya Matsuyama.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hoshikawa checks the leg kick nicely there.
Daiva pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Daiva looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Hoshikawa is fending him off so far but Daiva persists. Nope, Hoshikawa circles away and we're back to standing.
Hoshikawa connects with the punch.
It looks like Lukas Daiva has been cut.
Daiva chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Hoshikawa can pounce on him.
Daiva tries to close the distance and clinch up but Hoshikawa swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Hoshikawa gets a clinch.
Come on Hoshikawa - let's have some action - none of this stalling nonsense.
A right handed body shot lands from Hoshikawa.
Daiva looks gassed!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Hoshikawa scores with an uppercut up the middle.
Hoshikawa throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Daiva blocks it with crossed arms.
Daiva misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Hoshikawa.
Hoshikawa breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Hoshikawa throws a lazy head kick
and Daiva counters by moving into the clinch.
Hoshikawa lands a body shot in the clinch.
A short right from Hoshikawa.
An uppercut to the body lands inside from Hoshikawa.
A quick uppercut on the inside from Hoshikawa.
Hoshikawa escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Hoshikawa knocks Daiva to the floor with a head kick! Can he finish him!?
Daiva is rocked!
A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet.
Daiva is still in real trouble! Can Hoshikawa finish him?
That's one minute gone in the round.
Hoshikawa lands a nice forearm strike.
Hoshikawa decides to stand up, so the ref orders Daiva to his feet.
Daiva seems to have recovered his senses.
Hoshikawa cracks Daiva with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Daiva tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Hoshikawa pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Daiva is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:23 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Ryuuken Hoshikawa!
