Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between James Jang (ranked 2878 p4p, 322 weight class) and Troy Niklas (ranked 2843 p4p, 316 weight class). Jang comes into the arena with Turn It On blaring out of the sound system. Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Troy Niklas enters the cage!

The judges for this bout are John Roberts, Dean Styles and Joseph Jones.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Niklas rushes Jang and presses him up against the cage.
Jang is working for takedown but Niklas is calmly controlling the position for now.
Niklas lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.

Jang is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.

Jang has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Niklas uses from the top position.

Niklas is sitting in close to Jang's body. Jang has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Niklas is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Niklas is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Jang.
