The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chambers keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Chambers fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Hanma looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Hanma lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Chambers at a distance.
Chambers lands with a straight right. Hanma didn't see that one coming.
Chambers throws a big shot that misses.
Chambers swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Chambers moves out of range of the strikes.

Hanma bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Chambers tries to move into range but Hanma moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.

Hanma throws a chopping leg kick but Chambers manages to avoid taking any serious damage.

Chambers scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Hanma doesn't seem bothered though.

We've been informed that Chambers has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.

Chambers throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Hanma blocks a jab.
Chambers chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Hanma can pounce on him.

Johny Chambers seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Hanma scores with a nice right hand.
Hanma is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.
Hanma tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Chambers is able to avoid easily.

Chambers is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Hanma's half guard.

Johny Chambers decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
