The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vipunen rushes Skarsgard and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Vipunen misses with a punch to the body.
Vipunen tries a body shot but Skarsgard blocks it.
Vipunen digs a right hand underneath Skarsgard's ribcage. Skarsgard let out a lung full of air as it connected.
Vipunen lands a body shot.
Skarsgard looks winded!
Vipunen gets through Skarsgard's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
Vipunen scores with a hook to the body.
Vipunen lands a left hand.
Vipunen lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Skarsgard or not.
Vipunen lands a right hand.
Vipunen working some nice short punches in the clinch.
Vipunen lands a right hand.
Vipunen drops Skarsgard onto one knee with a big uppercut from the clinch! Skarsgard is propped up by the cage and works his way back to his feet!
Skarsgard is rocked!
It looks like Thor Skarsgard has been cut.

Vipunen creates a bit of space for himself and rocks Skarsgard with a big uppercut! Skarsgard tries to clinch up but Vipunen pushes him back against the cage and lands another monster strike that crumples Skarsgard to the mat! Skarsgard covers up and Vipunen unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:45 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Aapeli Vipunen!
A less than humble Aapeli Vipunen misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
The defeated Thor Skarsgard had this to say: 'At HW, all it takes is one lucky punch. Congrats to the new champion, I will be back stronger than ever. Thank you to all my fans, coaches, and my team back home.'.
