Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Euphegen Doubdtfire (ranked 3 p4p, 1 weight class) and Sergey Panikov (ranked 40 p4p, 3 weight class). Doubdtfire comes to the cage accompanied by I'd Rather Go Blind. Panikov has chosen Fighters as his entrance music. Sergey Panikov told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Doubdtfire cracks the inside of Panikov's front leg.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Doubdtfire lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Panikov has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Panikov and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Doubdtfire is looking for a kimura but Panikov is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Doubdtfire to get the leverage.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Doubdtfire is looking to take a break and control but Panikov is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Doubdtfire swings around for an armbar but Panikov sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Doubdtfire's guard.

Doubdtfire has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Panikov doesn't defend quickly enough and Doubdtfire has managed to lock this one up! Can Panikov escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Doubdtfire on a fantastic submission victory.
