And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Ronaldo Fenomeno!
The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Frank Antenori and Jack Bonds.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Goldman moves away from the strike by Fenomeno.
Fenomeno tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
A combination from Goldman does no damage.
Fenomeno is looking to take this fight into the clinch.

Goldman gets the takedown into side control.
Goldman working the head with strikes.
Fenomeno is trying to improve his position.
Goldman has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Goldman is trying to get an arm triangle but Fenomeno is defending well.

Goldman working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
Fenomeno wants to get back to his feet but Goldman drags him back down.

Goldman is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Fenomeno knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Fenomeno tries to get to full guard but Goldman has control of the leg.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Goldman is keen to just control but Fenomeno is a slippery customer.

Goldman is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

Fenomeno is looking to sinch up a gullotine here but Goldman pulls his head out easily.
Fenomeno is in trouble now - Goldman has advanced to mount!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Fenomeno is squirming around, avoiding Goldman's attempts to control the action.

Goldman jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Fenomeno manages to avoid the submission attempt.
Fenomeno is looking to reverse the position.
Fenomeno is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
Goldman happy to just control the position for now.
Goldman looks up at the clock and then as Fenomeno takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Goldman smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!

Goldman wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Fenomeno, who protects the arm well.

Fenomeno takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better.

Goldman is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Fenomeno is trying to escape and Goldman transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Fenomeno is forced to tap! Nice work there by Goldman! Very nice indeed!
