Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Andy Chick (ranked 2439 p4p, 325 weight class) and Stannis Baratheon (ranked 4466 p4p, 535 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 42 - 24 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Andy Chick!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 13 - 11 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, Stannis Baratheon!
The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, Yves DeLean and Gregory Folan.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Chick clinches up with Baratheon and pushes him back against the cage.

Baratheon manages to pull guard.
Chick not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Baratheon throws a couple of shots from the bottom but they don't land.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Baratheon is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Chick is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.

Chick got a little sloppy there for a moment and Baratheon has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Chick has managed to get both his arms back between Baratheon's legs - danger averted.

Chick won't allow Baratheon to sweep him here.
Chick is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
Chick's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.
Baratheon swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Chick is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Baratheon.

Baratheon takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.

Baratheon stuns Chick with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Chick cracks Baratheon with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.

and Chick cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

Chick tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Baratheon comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Baratheon will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Chick throws a lazy right hand but Baratheon sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Despite the aggression on Baratheon's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter.
No joy there for Baratheon, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Baratheon tries to bum rush Chick with a series of wild strikes but Chick uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
It looked like Chick wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Chick connects with a leg kick. Baratheon looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.

Chick pivots, looking for a leg kick but Baratheon is out of range and Chick settles back down.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close round but Stannis Baratheon will probably get the nod.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

The fighters circle momentarily. Chick darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Chick misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

Baratheon feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Chick sprawling to the canvas! Chick rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Baratheon finish him?!

Chick is rocked!
Baratheon drops Chick with a straight left! Oh this is bad for Chick! Baratheon dives in and starts dropping bombs - the referee has no choice but to step in and save him!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:16 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Stannis Baratheon!
