Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Gordon Razor (ranked 9045 p4p, 688 weight class) and Sledge Harrison (ranked 25096 p4p, 760 weight class). Harrison is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Sex Machine by James Brown. Sledge Harrison is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Sledge Harrison!
The judges for this bout are William Peck, Dillan Fox and Robert Douchet.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
Harrison changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Razor looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Harrison trying to control the action but Razor is working from the bottom.
Harrison thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Razor tries to buck Harrison off but Harrison is having none of it.
Harrison wants to control but Razor is keeping him busy.
Razor struggling a bit here.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Razor sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard.
Razor has hold of a guillotine but he's not going to be able to crank on it really with only half guard, so it's no trouble for Harrison. Oh but Razor has got full guard now! Oh boy! This one could be over very soon! Harrison goes limp - he's gone! Razor jumps up and celebrates with the crowd - fantastic submission finish!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Guillotine). Gordon Razor!
The defeated Sledge Harrison had this to say: 'I'm just gonna get right back up! Ain't nothing stopping the groovy lovin' sex machine! Right on baby!'.
