The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sargent blocks a head kick by Taylor.
Sargent takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Taylor moves into the clinch successfully.
Taylor landing some nice looking knees to the body.
Taylor misses with a knee to the head.
Taylor lands a big knee from the Thai clinch and Sargent goes down hard! The ref takes a good look at him but he's still defending himself. Taylor in side control.

It looks like Olen Sargent has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Taylor scores with a big shot from side control... and another... and another! Oh Sargent is done here - save him referee! More strikes land and eventually the ref does step in and Taylor can finally stop beating on his defenseless opponent!
