Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Anderson closes the distance and pushes Peterson back into the cage.
Peterson misses with a punch to the body.
Anderson wants to take the fight to the mat but Peterson manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.
Anderson blocks a body shot from Peterson.
Peterson prevents a takedown attempt there.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Peterson.

Anderson tightens his grip and picks Peterson up, before dumping him to the ground. Peterson manages to land in guard.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Anderson is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Peterson doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Anderson.
The referee calls for the fighters to work.

Peterson pushes Anderson off looking to stand but Anderson dives back in and keeps control.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Anderson seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Peterson for as long as he can get away with.
Anderson has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Peterson wants to use the cage to get back to his feet here.

Anderson has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Peterson's face.
Peterson really wants to buck Anderson off and get back to his feet.
Anderson tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.

Anderson takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Anderson's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Anderson lands a couple of good shots and Peterson has given up his back, trying to escape the position!
I would not like to be Peterson right now.
Anderson continues to stall.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Anderson really has the hooks in deep now - there seems like no escape for Peterson.

Peterson wants to get back to his feet.
