Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rory McInnis (ranked 7173 p4p, 615 weight class) and Colton Marwede (ranked 8841 p4p, 683 weight class). McInnis kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Pain by Of Mice & Men. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Marwede wants to clinch up but McInnis keeps it at a distance.
Marwede connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
McInnis throws a big shot that misses.

and Marwede counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
Marwede pulls out of a head kick attempt.

and Marwede counters by clinching up.
Marwede lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage.
Marwede wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
McInnis is pressed up against the cage. Marwede has hold of a leg and is looking to drag McInnis down to the mat. McInnis avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

McInnis lands a left and a right that sends Marwede crashing to the canvas! McInnis dives into mount looking to finish!

It looks like Colton Marwede has been cut.

McInnis postures up and connects with a big shot that has rocked Marwede badly. He's trying desperately to grab hold of McInnis around the waist but McInnis pushes him off and unloads with more strikes, forcing the referee to jump in and save him! McInnis is the winner by TKO! McInnis jumps onto the cage and shouts into the camera. "We did it momma!"
