The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hetfield doesn't manage to clinch there - Paine circles away.
Hetfield has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Paine is landing a low percentage of strikes.
Hetfield tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

It looks like James Hetfield has been cut.
Hetfield wants to clinch up but Paine keeps it at a distance.
Paine lands a big right hand that sends Hetfield crashing to the mat! Paine stays standing though and waves Hetfield back to his feet!
Hetfield is still on wobbly legs! Can Paine finish him?
Paine is stalking Hetfield. Hetfield circles to his left. Keeps circling left. Bam! Straight right from Paine, and it's lights out! Hetfield really payed the price for that rookie mistake.
