Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Tuomari Hurmio (ranked 79 p4p, 12 weight class) and Lee Sang Seok (ranked 55 p4p, 8 weight class). Hurmio's entrance music is Black Star. A fine choice. Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
28 - 6 - 2, fighting out of Los Angeles, Tuomari Hurmio!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
21 - 7 - 1, fighting out of Amsterdam, Lee Sang Seok!
The judges for this bout are Russell Pearce, Anthony Taglia and Franklyn Lucas.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hurmio throws out a loose jab but Seok uses good head movement to avoid it.
Tuomari Hurmio seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Seok misses with a looping right.
Hurmio throws a shot from downtown. Seok moves away and avoids it.
Hurmio fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Seok.
Seok has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Seok there as he acknowledges the shot.
Seok fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Seok uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Hurmio.
Seok throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Hurmio throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Seok sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Seok ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Hurmio attempts a low kick but it misses it's target.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Hurmio wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Hurmio tests Seok's chin there with a solid looking shot.
The crowd cheers as Seok lands an impressive looking overhand right. Hurmio doesn't seem phased though.
Seok tries to land a leg kick but Hurmio saw it coming and moves away.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Seok misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Hurmio.

Hurmio throws a body shot but no joy.
Seok misses with an uppercut.
Seok lunges at Hurmio with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Hurmio's hand.
Seok keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.

Hurmio is trying hard to land a takedown here. Seok sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
And Seok tries to counter it with a takedown but Hurmio pushes his down on his head and steps out.

A looping hook to the body misses from Seok. Hurmio does a little dance to reset his feet.
Hurmio darts in and clinches Seok up against the cage.

Hurmio avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Hurmio might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Hurmio wants to pass the guard but Seok is keeping the position.
Seok utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Hurmio is looking to work some ground and pound but Seok has wrist control.

Hurmio postures up in Seok's guard and throws a big left but Seok blocks it.
Seok escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Hurmio gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Seok looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Seok is looking for a triangle here but Hurmio uses the submission attempt to pass into side control.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.

Seok is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.

Tuomari Hurmio dominated that round.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Seok misses with a hook. Hurmio ducked under it nicely.

Hurmio is in a tricky position but he's been working on his transitions down at Heavy Metal, so we'll see if he gets out of it.

Seok works his foot free and advances to mount.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Hurmio is bucking up trying to escape but Seok cracks him with another couple of good strikes.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Seok cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

Seok lands with some strikes.
Hurmio slips a leg in and gets back to half guard.
Hurmio tries to roll over but Seok keeps him under control.
Hurmio blocking the ground and pound attempt from Seok.
Seok lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
Hurmio trying to hold on to Seok's head to control him but Seok postures up.
Seok is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.
Hurmio is looking to regain full guard. He's left an arm up in the air though and Seok has latched onto it... Big trouble! Seok pivots for an armbar - it's in tight and it Hurmio is tapping in no time flat! Great counter grappling there from Seok!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:59 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Lee Sang Seok!
A relieved looking Lee Sang Seok thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
