Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Axl Rotten (ranked 6693 p4p, 207 weight class) and Vick Venom (ranked 3484 p4p, 116 weight class). Venom comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Once bitten twice shy-by CINDERELLA kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Venom throws a body shot but no joy.

Venom looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Rotten is fending him off so far but Venom persists. Nope, Rotten circles away and we're back to standing.
Rotten feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Venom's calf.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Rotten cracks Venom with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.

Venom slips a straight right by Rotten.
Rotten misses with a wild body shot.
Rotten connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Venom uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Rotten.
And Venom tries to counter it with a takedown but Rotten pushes his down on his head and steps out.
Axl Rotten is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Venom throws the left hand but Rotten avoids the punch easily.
Venom bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Rotten scores with a leg kick.
Rotten lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Rotten connects with a looping right hand.
Rotten throws an overhand right that lands on Venom's shoulder, as Venom tries to avoid the shot.

Venom throws a combination. Rotten tries to block but a couple of punches get through.

The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

and Venom counters with a single leg into guard. Rotten didn't expect that.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Venom accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Venom is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.
Venom stands up over Rotten, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
Venom stays in close to Rotten's body and controls the position.

Venom postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.
Rotten on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Rotten tries to get out of the position.
Venom is pushing down on Rotten's leg trying to pass to half guard. Rotten is fighting to maintain full guard but Venom has managed to sneak the leg through.
Rotten could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Venom has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Rotten keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Venom lands a heavy elbow.
Rotten wants to control but Venom is having none of it.

Rotten knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Venom on the ground.

Venom is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Rotten can't stay in a position like this for much longer.

Venom cracks Rotten with a big head shot that has him covering up instantly! He's rolled onto his side and the referee has seen enough - this one is aaaaaaaaaaall over!

Vick Venom spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
