Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Victor Raupp!
The judges for this bout are Leandro Rodrigues, Felipe Paraventi and Edson Gomes.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A nice leg kick lands there from Clark.

Raupp closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Raupp is trying to get back to his feet now but his leg is trapped.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Raupp is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.
Clark blocking the ground and pound attempt from Raupp.
Raupp throwing shots but Clark is blocking nicely.

Raupp is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Clark has managed to free his arm - good work.
Clark is looking for a sweep. Raupp is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Raupp content to sit in half guard and control for a moment.
Raupp trying to control from Clark's half guard. Clark has other ideas though and has regained full guard.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Raupp trying to control the position from guard on top but Clark is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Raupp might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Clark haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Clark looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Raupp wants to control from the top but Clark keeps moving.
Raupp wants to stand and escape but instead Clark has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.


That's two minutes gone in the round.
There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Raupp has managed to wall walk up one of the corner posts to get back to his feet. Clark is pushing him up against the cage, looking to control the position.

Raupp works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.
Raupp wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Clark has him pressed against the cage.

Raupp breaks from the clinch.

Raupp closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

Clark kicks off Raupp and gets to his feet.
Raupp stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Raupp wants it to stay on the feet.
Raupp is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here.
Clark is breathing heavily.

That's three minutes gone in the round.

Raupp closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.

Raupp pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Clark swats away the attempt to clinch by Raupp.
As Raupp looks to move away, Clark throws a big counter combo but Raupp just gets out of the way.
Raupp wants to clinch but Clark slips to the side
and Clark counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.

A low kick from Clark misses
and Raupp counters with a two punch combo.
Raupp misses with a left hand
and Clark counters with a series of strikes. Raupp will be more careful next time no doubt.
Clark misses with a takedown attempt
and Raupp counters with a series of strikes that really hurt Clark! The ref looks into his eyes and sees nobody home - he's called the fight! This one is all over!
