Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Dwain Henderson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Thiago Dideiro!
The judges for this bout are Luis Engracia, Leandro Rodrigues and Thiago Cunha.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dideiro shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Henderson counters with a good low kick that Dideiro was not able to check.
Dideiro pushes Henderson up against the cage in a clinch.
Henderson tries a knee to the head but he's missed.
Henderson ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Henderson no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
Henderson could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Henderson is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Henderson has a butterfly guard looking to sweep but Dideiro has passed into side control.

Dideiro looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Henderson can't do much from the bottom here.
Dideiro misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.
Henderson sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Henderson is looking to improve his position.
Dideiro lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.
Dideiro wants to lay and pray for a moment but Henderson keeps working.
Henderson is looking to control Dideiro's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Henderson avoid being mounted?
Henderson might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Henderson tries to get to full guard but Dideiro has control of the leg.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.
Dideiro closes this distance looking for a takedown but Henderson circles away.
Dideiro moves into range and clinches up with Henderson.
Henderson is defending well against a takedown attempt.
Dwain Henderson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Thiago Dideiro.

Dideiro wants to stand up but Henderson is controlling him.

Henderson is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Dideiro has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Henderson is looking to defend but Dideiro has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Henderson! Dideiro pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Henderson taps out and this one is all over!
