Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Masakazu Imanari (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dandy The Don (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Imanari's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, I BRING YOU DOWN!. The Don has chosen Sometime Around Midnight by The Airbourne Toxic Event as his entrance music. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

The judges for this bout are Sosuke Kotani, Yukihiro Shimada and Hirohito Nitta.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The Don feints and as Imanari raises his hands in defense, The Don changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
The Don stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Imanari swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Imanari working for a triangle but The Don defends it easily.
The Don in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
Imanari is trying to control the position from the bottom.
The Don stands and throws Imanari's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Imanari is looking to reverse the position.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.

The Don can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Imanari is looking to escape.

The Don goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Imanari turns into him and now he's in The Don's guard.

Imanari tries to escape the position - he's now mounted. Is that better or worse? Hard to tell!
The Don goes for an armbar but Imanari turns quickly into his guard - lovely anticipation from Imanari.
Imanari is pushing down on The Don's leg trying to pass to half guard. The Don is fighting to maintain full guard but Imanari has managed to sneak the leg through.

Imanari has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. The Don is working away from the top position though.

The Don is stalling here. Imanari is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! The Don seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Imanari has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.

Dandy The Don is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Masakazu Imanari.
I think The Don has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
