The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Berhardt takes the fight into the clinch.
Leonard blocks a body shot from Berhardt.

Berhardt gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Leonard.
Berhardt lands a shot to the body.
Leonard tries for a takedown but Berhardt manages to get underhooks.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Murphy Leonard. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Berhardt has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Leonard regains guard immediately.

Leonard tries to lock up and control but Berhardt gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

Berhardt is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Leonard can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

The referee is taking a good look at Leonard as he is on the wrong end of some big shots from Berhardt!
Berhardt is working for a rear naked choke. Leonard is not defending it well and Berhardt has tightened it up quickly! This could be all over! Leonard refuses to tap and goes to sleep, forcing the referee to intervene. A little trickle of blood came out of Leonard's nose as his head slumped to the floor. That is naaaasty!
