Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Edgar Boon (ranked 2940 p4p, 384 weight class) and Ugandan Knuckles (ranked 2953 p4p, 387 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Knuckles's choice of entrance music: Ugandan Knuckles song. Edgar Boon has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A slow jab from Boon misses its intended target.
Boon seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
Boon tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Knuckles was well out of range. Poor timing from Boon.
Knuckles avoids the body shot from Boon.
Knuckles looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Boon paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Boon swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Boon scores with a jab to the body.
Boon pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
A looping hook to the body misses from Knuckles. Boon does a little dance to reset his feet.
Boon throws a hook but Knuckles avoids it easily.
Knuckles looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Knuckles throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Boon throws a jab when Knuckles was well out of range.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

and Knuckles counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.

It seemed like Knuckles was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Boon fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Knuckles looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Boon throws a body punch but Knuckles moves out of range.
Knuckles avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Boon takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Boon is breathing heavily.
Boon misses the shot to the body.

Knuckles lands a left and a right that send Boon crashing to the mat, dazed. Knuckles thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Boon is rocked!

It looks like Edgar Boon has been cut.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Knuckles lands with a good body shot.
Oh Boon is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Knuckles throws out a token jab with nothing on it.

Knuckles cracks Boon with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Boon looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Knuckles finish him?

A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors.

Ugandan Knuckles seemed lost for words in his post fight interview but he remembered to thank his fans and directed everyone to his website.
