Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jackson Boone (ranked 6089 p4p, 0 weight class) and Homer Griffin (ranked 6281 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boone tries to clinch but Griffin moves out of range.
Griffin moves in looking to clinch but Boone pushes him off.
Griffin avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

The fight stays on the outside here - Boone looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Despite the aggression on Griffin's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter.
Griffin shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Boone pinned against the cage. Boone gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

That was a close round but I would say that Jackson Boone will probably get the nod.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Boone, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

A very excited looking Jackson Boone rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
