Coming up we have a middleweight kickboxing rules bout between DBrickashaw Stevens (ranked 19769 p4p, 792 weight class) and Andris Dimitriou (ranked 22479 p4p, 799 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stevens pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Dimitriou back to the ropes. Stevens follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
Stevens looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Stevens tests Dimitriou's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Stevens throws a body punch but Dimitriou moves out of range.
It seemed like Dimitriou was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Dimitriou tries to clinch but Stevens moves out of range.
Stevens fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Dimitriou goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Stevens bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Dimitriou misses with a straight left.
Dimitriou misses with a looping right.
A head kick from Stevens lands but Dimitriou takes it in his stride.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Stevens lands a head kick that sends Dimitriou down! Dimitriou is flopping around the mat trying to get back up, leaving the referee no choice but to wave off the fight! Stevens is victorious!
