Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sub Siberian (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Grigori Yefimovich Rasputin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rasputin has chosen TURISAS - Rasputin as his entrance music. Grigori Yefimovich Rasputin will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Grigori Yefimovich Rasputin!
The judges for this bout are Sergei Dronov, Vladimir Khabensky and Illya Tyunina.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rasputin misses with a few strikes there.
The fighters circling - Siberian throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Rasputin scores with a push kick.
Siberian is breathing heavily.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Rasputin lands a high kick to the side of Siberian's head that stuns him and send him tumbling down to the canvas! Rasputin dives into guard, looking to finish.

Siberian is rocked!

It looks like Sub Siberian has been cut.
Siberian on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Siberian tries to get out of the position.

Rasputin is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Oh Siberian is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!

Rasputin decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.

Rasputin feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Siberian's calf.

Rasputin misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.

Rasputin feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Rasputin drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Rasputin jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Rasputin drops back looking for a leg! Siberian is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Siberian manages to kick Rasputin off! Rasputin jumps back into Siberian's guard.

Rasputin wants to control from the top but Siberian keeps moving.
Siberian tries to land a sweep but no joy.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

Rasputin has managed to clinch.
Rasputin tries a body shot but Siberian blocks it.
Rasputin tries a knee to the head but he's missed.
Rasputin is trying to break the clinch but Siberian has him pressed against the cage.
Rasputin wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Rasputin is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Siberian pulls him back up using the underhooks.
Rasputin lands a knee to the head there! That was nasty!

Rasputin tries to land knees in the clinch but Siberian avoids the damage to the body.
Siberian wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.

Siberian manages to break the clinch.
Rasputin shoots in for a double leg but Siberian sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Sub Siberian has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Grigori Yefimovich Rasputin.
Good leg kick by Rasputin there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Siberian throws a shot to the body.
Rasputin throws a series of punches but Siberian moves out of range.
Rasputin shoots in and drives through. Siberian sprawls well.
Rasputin tries to clinch but Siberian is having none of it.
Rasputin shoots in looking for a takedown. Siberian tries to sprawl out of it but Rasputin keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Siberian manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Rasputin wants to clinch up but Siberian keeps it at a distance.
No joy there for Siberian, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Siberian stuffs the takedown attempt from Rasputin. Rasputin gets slowly back to his feet.
Siberian lands with a hook. Rasputin tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Rasputin, right into the meat.
Siberian takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Siberian looks to land a right hand but Rasputin moved out of range.
Siberian throws a left and a right that both miss

and Rasputin counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Siberian!
Rasputin lands a heavy elbow.
Siberian is looking to improve his position but Rasputin isn't that keen on the idea.
Siberian knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Rasputin on the ground.
Rasputin breaks from Siberian's wrist control and lands an elbow.
Rasputin trying to control but he's not successful this time.
Siberian is in all sorts of trouble here.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Rasputin lands a nice shot to the head.
Siberian is trying desperately to improve position.

Rasputin looking to secure an arm triangle but Siberian defends it well.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Rasputin closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Rasputin lands a decent elbow from side control.
Rasputin has been the more effective fighter overall so far.

The fighters are battling for position here. Rasputin manages to regain full guard. Nice work.

Rasputin had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Siberian is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Rasputin Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Siberian's back instead.

Rasputin is working on the RNC. He looks like he's got it but Siberian won't tap... Oh, he's out! The ref rips Rasputin off his unconscious opponent!
