PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Patryck Mendes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Aquiles Baesta (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Baesta has chosen Confrontation as his entrance music. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Baesta shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Baesta was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Mendes drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Mendes jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

Mendes misses with a takedown

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

I would just about give that final round to Aquiles Baesta.
