Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Oiva Tuominen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Teuvo Loman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Loman has chosen Teuvo Loman - Helsinki City Boy as his entrance music. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Loman bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.

Loman is trying to get an arm triangle but Tuominen is defending well.
Loman fails to land a wild elbow strike.
Loman sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Tuominen is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.

Loman tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
Tuominen is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.

Loman is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

Loman is trying to work for a kimura. He's got his hands clasped together - this could be trouble! No, Tuominen has managed to free his arm - good work.

Loman tries to reverse the position but Tuominen maintains control.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Loman swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Tuominen is now in Loman's guard. A big mistake from Loman there, giving up the dominant position!
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Loman is on top in guard.

Tuominen has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Loman can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Tuominen is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Loman must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

He's out cold! Tuominen gets to his feet, tossing aside his stricken foe. Arms raised, he milks the applause from the crowd. Great submission!
