Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Pauli Laiskiainen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tauno Tolonen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tolonen comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Hurt me kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tolonen misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Tolonen tries to close the distance and clinch but Laiskiainen swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Tolonen connects with a high kick.

It looks like Pauli Laiskiainen has been cut.
Laiskiainen scores with a jab.
Laiskiainen dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Tolonen's corner calls for a 1,2 combination and Tolonen duly obliges.

Tolonen moves into the clinch successfully.
Tolonen wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Tolonen keeps control of Laiskiainen as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.

Tolonen can't find room to land a body shot as Laiskiainen controls the action.

Laiskiainen closes the distance and pushes Tolonen back into the cage.

Laiskiainen steps into range and cracks Tolonen with a monster punch that buckles his knees! Tolonen flops backwards and Laiskiainen dives into his guard looking to finish!

It looks like Tauno Tolonen has been cut.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Tolonen is trying to control the position but Laiskiainen postures up.

Tolonen tries to bum rush Laiskiainen with a series of wild strikes but Laiskiainen uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Nice combo by Laiskiainen! Oh, that's hurt him - Tolonen falls to the canvas and Laiskiainen follows him into side control.
