Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Cj Morrison (ranked 2973 p4p, 302 weight class) and Yoshihiro Nakayama (ranked 4634 p4p, 454 weight class). Nakayama has chosen Destructive Power as his entrance music. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Morrison tries to clinch up but Nakayama circles away and keeps his distance.

Nakayama shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Morrison's guard.
In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Nakayama working his ground and pound in the gym. So far it seems to be working well.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Nakayama loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have Morrison scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Nakayama land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Nakayama stands and salutes the crowd.
