The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vattalles fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Furnica to the ground. Vattalles is now in Furnica's guard.
Vattalles throws a big right hand that misses.
Furnica being controlled here, momentarily.
We've been hearing that Vattalles has been drilling a lot of ground and pound in training, so let's see if he get the finish.
Vattalles is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Furnica can do anything to dispel that myth.
Vattalles lands a couple of decent looking shots.

Vattalles thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

Mee Vattalles opened up his post fight interview with a scream to camera that he wants a title shot! Whether he deserves the shot will be up to the management of the organization, so I guess he'll have to wait and see.
