Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Grant Foxon (ranked 6067 p4p, 206 weight class) and Tully Blanchard (ranked 8608 p4p, 251 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Blanchard lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.

It looks like Grant Foxon has been cut.

Foxon closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.

Foxon turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control!

A control attempt from Blanchard but he's now mounted!
Blanchard tries to lock up and control but Foxon gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Foxon tries to stand up but he's trapped just for the moment.
Blanchard is trying to escape the mount.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Foxon is working for a rear naked choke. Blanchard is not defending it well and Foxon has tightened it up quickly! This could be all over! Blanchard refuses to tap and goes to sleep, forcing the referee to intervene. A little trickle of blood came out of Blanchard's nose as his head slumped to the floor. That is naaaasty!
