PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between John Rekis (ranked 16548 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sasuke Uchiha (ranked 23993 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Rekis might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to AC/DC - Thunderstruck. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Uchiha fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Rekis manages to avoid it.
As Uchiha looks to move away, Rekis throws a big counter combo but Uchiha just gets out of the way.
Rekis shoots for a double leg takedown but Uchiha sprawls well. He's pushed Rekis's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Rekis got a little sloppy there for a moment and Uchiha has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Rekis has managed to get both his arms back between Uchiha's legs - danger averted.

Rekis is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Uchiha to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Uchiha shrugs it off.
