Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Harri Huiha (ranked 8377 p4p, 754 weight class) and Andrew Elliot (ranked 5269 p4p, 576 weight class). Harri Huiha looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Andrew Elliot!
The judges for this bout are Francis DeMontford, Ben Watson and Darius Henderson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Elliot drives through with a takedown into Huiha's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.
Huiha keeping moving, preventing Elliot from controlling successfully.
Huiha is working an open guard so Elliot takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
Elliot fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Huiha avoids it really well and circles away.
Huiha half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range.
Huiha slaps away a takedown attempt from Elliot, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Elliot displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Huiha.
As Huiha backs off Elliot throws a huge counter combo but Huiha manages to avoid it all.
Huiha shoots in for a double leg but Elliot sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Huiha shoots for a takedown but Elliot saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Harri Huiha. That's going to take a lot out of him.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Elliot throws a head kick but Huiha moves out of range.
Elliot throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Huiha changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Elliot tries to avoid it but Huiha manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Elliot to the ground. Elliot escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Huiha fails to land the takedown.
It seemed like Elliot was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Huiha is breathing heavily.
Elliot shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Elliot is trying for a kimura here. Huiha looks like he's in a lot of pain... and he's tapping out! Elliot wins by kimura!
