The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Denn slips under a jab.
Seeker stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Nice jab there from Seeker.
Denn on the wrong end of a nice jab.
Denn is rocked!
Denn avoids a punch combination nicely.
Seeker throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Denn sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Seeker waving his hands out infront of him, looking to distract Denn.
Seeker stuffs the takedown.
Denn fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Seeker throws a series of punches but Denn moves out of range.
Seeker waves his right hand out infront of him, looking to distract Denn. Oh, he's unloaded a beast of a left hand - it worked! He's dropped Denn to the canvas! Can he finish him!?
Oh Denn is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Seeker slips nicely into half guard, despite the strikes coming from Denn.

Seeker wants to stand up but Denn is controlling the position.
Denn is looking to sinch up a gullotine here but Seeker pulls his head out easily.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Denn escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Seeker gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Denn looking for subs off his back but Seeker has passed one foot through into half guard.
Denn is breathing heavily.
Still in half guard, Seeker seems content to control.
Seeker really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Denn. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Seeker's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.
Seeker wants to take a breather but Denn is having none of it.

Denn throws some sloppy strikes off his back.
Denn escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Seeker gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Blood Seeker dominated that round.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Seeker waving his hands out infront of him, looking to distract Denn.
Seeker throws a right hand that Denn ducks under and follows up with a left that Denn also avoids with ease.
Blood Seeker seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Seeker throws a hook but Denn blocks it.
Seeker throws a right and a left that both miss.
Denn avoids the body shot from Seeker.
Seeker throws out a token jab with nothing on it.

Denn shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Seeker as he avoids it easily.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Seeker scores with a crisp jab that stopped Denn in his tracks.
Denn shoots in looking for a takedown. Seeker tries to sprawl out of it but Denn keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Seeker manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Seeker lunges at Denn with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Denn's hand.

Denn tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Seeker swivels and escapes.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Seeker uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Denn has time to react.

Horrible takedown by Denn or perhaps it was just good defense by Seeker which made him look bad.

The fighters circling - Seeker throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Seeker misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Seeker throws a hook to the side of Denn's head but Denn sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Blood Seeker seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Denn dodges the punch combination from Seeker.
Seeker misses with an uppercut.
Seeker jabs Denn right on the nose. Denn blinks but takes it well.
Denn changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Seeker tries to avoid it but Denn manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Seeker to the ground. Seeker escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Denn moves out of range as Seeker strikes.

This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Denn. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.

Denn closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

Denn is working to tighten is grip on Seeker's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Seeker has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Denn is really squeezing tight and eventually Seeker passes out! Denn breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
