Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Zeke Rage (ranked 2958 p4p, 267 weight class) and Tyrion Lannister (ranked 4415 p4p, 353 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rage avoids the head kick by Lannister.
Lannister blocks a head kick by Rage.
Lannister walks forward, straight into a front kick from Rage.
Lannister throws a head kick but Rage moves out of range.
Lannister throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Rage.
Lannister throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Lannister misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Rage lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Rage lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Rage avoids the head kick by Lannister.
Lannister throws a head kick that misses.
Lannister tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Lannister throws a head kick but Rage moves out of range.

and Rage counters with a low kick, right behind Lannister 's knee.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

A solid leg kick lands there for Rage.

Rage looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Lannister!

Rage tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Rage has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Rage is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Lannister is trying to escape and Rage transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Lannister is forced to tap! Nice work there by Rage! Very nice indeed!

Zeke Rage decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
