Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Ilya Yaj (ranked 6822 p4p, 0 weight class) and Graham Hunt (ranked 3342 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.

The judges for this bout are Sandra Marshall, Santiago Holmes and Dirk Anderson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hunt dives in and grabs Yaj's left leg, looking for a takedown. Yaj pushes down on Hunt's head and hops out.
Hunt walks into a straight right hand from Yaj.
Yaj digs a good hook to Hunt's body.
Yaj thuds his right hand into Hunt's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Hunt takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Hunt shoots for a takedown but Yaj saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

and Yaj counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Ilya Yaj has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Graham Hunt.

and Yaj counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Yaj lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Hunt at a distance.
Hunt takes a body punch but keeps moving.

Hunt is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Yaj has escaped the position, nice work there.

Yaj tries to lock up and control but Hunt gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Yaj is working to get back to half guard.
Hunt is dominating on the ground here - he's now on his opponent's back, looking to sink in the hooks. Yaj is in real trouble.
Yaj rolls, trying to escape but Hunt keeps control of the position.

Hunt sinks in the hooks and is looking for the choke. He's got it! Yaj taps out!
