The judges for this bout are Hugh Johnson, Damien Edna and Skip Squint.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Flix moves into the clinch successfully.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Damiani pushes Flix back against the cage and unloads with a body punch.
Damiani can't find room to land a body shot as Flix controls the action.

Flix using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Damiani has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
Flix has had enough of the clinch but Damiani keeps him there for the moment.

Flix is trying to push Damiani away but Damiani has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Damiani lands a nice uppercut.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Damiani lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Flix backwards.
Oh Flix is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Damiani is struggling to control the position.
Damiani works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.
Damiani throws a big uppercut that drops Flix! More strikes from Damiani and the referee jumps in to stop the fight! Flix lies dazed against the cage as Damiani celebrates with his cornermen!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:30 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Massimo Damiani!
Massimo Damiani bigged himself up after the win. The crowd seemed to love it.
