He would have liked to come in 100% fit but that's not always possible. Dalcha Lungiambula has the eye of the tiger tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Lungiambula shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.

Burns seems keen to control Lungiambula's posture.

Burns is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched.
Lungiambula trying to control the position but instead, Burns has worked for underhooks and has pushed Lungiambula into the cage.
Burns has Lungiambula pressed against the cage, preventing Lungiambula from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Burns is trying to trip Lungiambula. He has hold of a leg but Lungiambula is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Burns persists though and gets the takedown into guard.
Lungiambula is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Burns dives into side control.

Lungiambula holds on to Burns's head and controls the position momentarily.
Burns is looking to take a break and control but Lungiambula is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
You can see the frustration on Lungiambula's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

Lungiambula throws a punch from the bottom, which has left him a bit exposed here… Burns has an arm triangle now. This could be big trouble for Lungiambula. He's out! He's out cold! The ref pulls Burns off and Burns celebrates with his corner.
