The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Raki looks to score with a jab to the body but Lawson is just out of range.
Raki definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Lawson slips a jab from Raki.

and Lawson counters with a series of strikes that sends Raki to the canvas! Lawson follows down into guard, looking to finish the fight!

Raki is rocked!

Lawson stands up and waves to Raki to follow him.
Oh Raki is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Raki displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Lawson.
Raki lands with a hook. Lawson tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Raki seems to have got his legs back now.
Lawson throws a nice looking combination but Raki bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Raki throws out a powerful jab.
Lawson shoots in for a double leg but Raki sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Lawson has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
Lawson slips under a jab from Raki.
Raki throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
A nice side step and Lawson releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.
Lawson tries to close the distance and clinch up but Raki swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Raki seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter.

Raki lands a jab to the head.
Raki throws a right hand that Lawson ducks under and follows up with a left that Lawson also avoids with ease.
Raki connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Lawson cracks Raki with a good jab.
Raki throws a series of punches but Lawson avoids them all with ease.
Raki on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
We've been informed that Lawson has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.

Raki swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Lawson lands with a jab that stuns his opponent. Raki is looking to close the distance but Lawson sees it coming and throws a beautiful knee! Raki crumbles to the mat and that's all she wrote! Let's hope Raki is OK because that was naaaaaasty!
