Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Fedor Lesnar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ivan Drago (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Fedor Lesnar!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Ivan Drago!
The judges for this bout are Konstantin Menshow, Vladimir Khabensky and Ivan Kurochkin.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Drago decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Drago working over Lesnar with some ground and pound. Lesnar looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable.
Drago takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Lesnar tries to close the distance and clinch up but Drago swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Drago shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.

Drago seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Lesnar does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Lesnar bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Drago's guard.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.
