The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Bae manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Bentley on his heels. He'll look to pass Bentley's guard now, I'm sure.

Bentley is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched.

Bae lands a takedown into guard.

Bentley pushes Bae off and gets back to his feet.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Bae tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Bentley looks to land a body kick but Bae moved away.
Bentley checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
Bae scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.

Bentley pushes Bae up against the cage in a clinch.
Bentley really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Bae wants the takedown. Bentley is fighting it off but Bae persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Bentley's guard against the cage.

Bentley has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Bae off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.

Bae throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Bentley tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Bae is in Bentley's guard.

Bentley manages to wriggle out and sneak his way back up to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched up against the cage.

Bentley thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

This has been an exciting period of action!

Bentley has an Americana. Bae didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Bentley is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Bentley hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
