The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bear scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
Bear is nestled in close to Daniels, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
Daniels tries to roll over but Bear keeps him under control.
Bear looks to land a strike but Daniels avoids it nicely and regains full guard.
Bear makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
Bear throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Daniels works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Daniels controls Bear momentarily but Bear frees himself.
Daniels looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Bear is defending well. Daniels quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Bear has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Daniels celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
