Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Zeck Breck (ranked 5156 p4p, 583 weight class) and Alexey Matveev (ranked 6177 p4p, 633 weight class). Zeck Breck has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Matveev tries to bum rush Breck with a series of wild strikes but Breck uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

and Breck makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Breck scores with the left hand. Matveev knows he should have avoided that one.

Matveev's coach down at Cozad The Island was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Matveev's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.

After the fight, Zeck Breck was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
