Chapman escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Boni gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Chapman is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Boni defends well.
Chapman has momentary wrist control but Boni slips an elbow through the middle.
Chapman manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Boni manages to get himself to full guard.

Boni has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Chapman regains guard immediately.
Boni really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Chapman. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

It looks like Chi Chapman has been cut.

Boni fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Chapman to the ground. Boni is now in Chapman's guard.
Oh Chapman is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!

Chapman is looking for a triangle but Boni pushes his legs off easily.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Boni can do anything to dispel that myth.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Chapman is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.

Chapman pushes a forearm under Boni's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Boni is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
