Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Winston Alpacca, Santiago Holmes and David Hoff.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Log tries a head kick but it misses.
Carla misses with a series of wild punches.
Carla tests Log's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Carla looks to land a left hand but Log moved out of range nicely.

Carla takes the fight into the clinch.
Nice body punch from Carla - that landed with a thud.
Carla scores with a shot to the side of Log's head.
Log tries to pull guard but Carla won't allow it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Carla lands with a short head shot on the inside.
Carla lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
Log looks to throw an elbow but misses.
Carla makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.

Log pulls guard successfully.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Carla not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.

Carla pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Log is keeping the position for now.

Carla tries to free his leg and advance position but Log is retaining full guard.
Carla seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Log working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Carla doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Log is tightening it up a little... Carla has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Carla reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Carla taps out! Nice BJJ there by Log!
