Venemies is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Magomedov is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Magomedov is looking for a sweep.
Both fighters have adopted an aggressive gameplan on the ground!

Venemies tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Venemies has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Venemies is working to tighten his grip on Magomedov's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Magomedov has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Venemies is really squeezing tight and eventually Magomedov passes out! Venemies breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
